Packages start at $150 for minor facelifts (including updated graphics, editing services, and modernized color schemes). Prices go up depending on the complexity of the upgrade. We will work with you at every stage of the design process to create a cutting-edge, user-friendly site that meets your company's needs.
Standard websites: Website packages start at $150 for a landing page with a contact form. Three-page sites start at $225.
Please note: these prices do not include hosting or domain name registration. Domain name registration is $25.00 per year, and hosting starts at $50.00 per year - so the complete starting cost for a landing page is $225.00 and the complete starting cost for a three-page site is $300.00.
We work with a few different hosting companies. We will select the most economical hosting company that has the capacity to meet your needs. If you already have a domain name registered and have signed with a hosting company, the prices will be adjusted accordingly.
E-Commerce websites:
Sites which only require a few PayPal buttons begin at $200.00 (for a landing page) and go up from there, depending upon the scope of the work. If you have a business account through PayPal, we can add your logo or a branded header to your account to improve your customers' shopping experience.
Sites which incorporate e-commerce software such as Zen Cart or osCommerce begin at $650.00. This base rate includes the design for one landing page and one contact page for your site aside from the online store. It also includes setting up the payment options, integrating the software with PayPal and/or your credit card merchant account, customizing your online store's CSS so that it better matches your branding, and setting up the store's overall look and feel. Our base e-commerce rate does not include data entry of any products aside from one test item. Data entry services are available for an extra charge upon request.
Dynamic websites: These sites can incorporate everything from Flash to large databases and may be quite complex. Pricing is determined based upon the scope of the project. Please contact us for details.

Custom Sites
Our custom sites are one-time-only designs: once we've designed a site for you, we will not use that layout for any other clients. These sites are more time-consuming to create and code, so they are more expensive than customized template sites - but many clients prefer a custom site's one-of-a-kind look.
Customized Templates
In this challenging economy, it may be difficult for your company to pull together the cash for a fully customized site - but you may not want the generic look offered by many do-it-yourself template sites.
Customized templates are our answer to this dilemma. These are websites where the layout and a good deal of the coding has been completed by another agency. We take the basic look and tweak it with 100% custom graphics and changes to the CSS; most of the time, once we're finished you can't tell that it isn't a fully customized site. Red Alice Design works with several template providers, and we hand-pick template suggestions for our clients from literally thousands of different looks. We never want to produce cookie-cutter sites, so even a customized template site will be fully yours by the time we're done with it - and at a fraction of the cost!
